Spring, Summer and Fall Outdoor Bootcamp for Women
We are offering an outdoor bootcamp workout located in central Sudbury starting May 25th, 2016 using your own body weight as well as hand weights, that will really boost your metabolism and burn fat — tons of calories burned! Includes weighted exercises, running, squats, lunges, pushups, core exercises, abs and so many other fun, total body exercises. YOU WILL GET RESULTS! Your new found energy will motivate, inspire, and amaze you! This beats going to the gym any day. Say hello to your new body and life! This class is so much more than just a workout class.

Location: Bell Park
Morning Bootcamp
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 6am – 7am
Spring Session: May 25th – June 29th – 5 week session (15 classes)
Summer Session: July 6th – Aug. 28th – 8 week session (24 classes)
Fall Session: Sept. 14th – Oct. 19th – 5 week session (15 classes)
**Please note we must have a minimum of 15 sign ups per session to run the session. Full refunds will be issued if a session is cancelled**
