Hanmer Bootcamp

12 week Hanmer - August 22nd

Due to the popularity of the Hanmer bootcamp, we are starting a fresh one on August 22nd, 2016!!!  Using your own body weight as well as hand weights, that will really boost your metabolism and burn fat — tons of calories burned! Includes weighted exercises, running, squats, lunges, pushups, core exercises, abs and so many other fun, total body exercises. YOU WILL GET RESULTS! Your new found energy will motivate, inspire, and amaze you! This beats going to the gym any day. Say hello to your new body and life! This class is so much more than just a workout class.
